The tanker Acadian departed St. John's today bound for Saint John, NB. The ship is a common site in  St. John's  bringing in petroleum product.
Acadian departing

While in refit this past July in Gibraltar, the ship was fitted with a exhaust gas scrubber
this allows the ship to burn heavy fuel and still comply with low gas emissions requirements
for the US and coastal Canadian coastal waters

Flanders in port having work done, the Beaumont Hamel is currently on the Bell Island run
