CCGS Vladykov

The little nearshore fisheries research vessel Valdykov shown secured in St. John's June 19, 2012 ahead of the much larger coast guard ship Terry Fox. The Valdykov is now stationed in St. John's, and will replace the CCGS Shamook which is 35 years old. The Valdykov was built in Matane, Quebec at a cost of $16 million

Another tug for dry-dock

 The Atlantic Cedar shown on dry dock getting a new paint job. The tug is 30.8 meters long, gtoss tonnage 400, and built in 2005.
